Aa to think this time 4 weeks ago, there was me, coconut juice in hand, being baked by the sun, delving myself into the shopping paradise of Bangkok..fast forward to now... sprawled up in my dingy bed with a stale instant cuppa, stained hoodie and a greasy ponytail whilst it pisses down with rain...LOL oh how things change -.- No, but seriously, along with the good quality and jaw dropping bargains, it would easily be veritdied as a shoppaholic's HEAVEN!! BUT you do have to be dedicated and not get sucked into the tourist hotspots, where you'll find the prices begin to soar when they see a foreigner face. It was actually when I ended up being my usual dosey self and got lost that I found the best bargains. Like localback alley stores selling superb quality garments for less than £2!! Bartering is a MUST thou, even if they treat you like a class A bitch cos of it. Hahaha I got so stingy though due to the minute prices oh god, like id see something for over £5 and be like 'WTF?! far to expensive!' even though i spend more than that meals here! Literally thou. I went prepared, going there with a pretty empty suitcase but when I came back it wouldnt hardly close.. Shoes, dresses, shorts, tops, makeup, hair oils, jewellry, handbags,watches..FUCKING EVERYTHING!!And I only spent a grand total of £30 for it all!! Haha I dont have any room for it all so mosts pretty much balanced on the edge of the bed, but wooo, I get such a buzz of a bargain hunt, still recovering from it LOL!
